As a highly skilled chemist and researcher with a PhD in Chemistry, I am motivated by challenge and innovation, and I excel at problem-solving. My expertise lies in developing innovative nanostructured biosensing platforms with optical and electrochemical readout capabilities for low-cost, point-of-care solutions. My research also involves exploring new synthesis routes for nanoparticles, graphene-related materials, and laser patterning, as well as developing readout prototypes, including smartphone-based biosensing.
With a strong publication record of over 34 peer-reviewed articles in JCR journals and 4 patents, I am dedicated to advancing the field of chemistry and biosensing. Additionally, I am passionate about supervising PhD students and collaborating with partners in academia and industry to bring new ideas to life.
